Chi-Hsin Shao

is an internationally recognized transportation planner and engineer with over 40 years of experience in the US and throughout Asia, including China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. He was Deputy Commissioner of Policy and Planning for the Boston Transportation Department, Head of the San Francisco Planning Department’s Transportation Section, and past Chairman of the International Chinese Transportation Professional Association (ICTPA).
